Mr. G L Bhardwaj is a well-known national award winning documentary veteran film maker and cinematographer. He has worked for producers like Paul Alley, Jim Hewat, Rolf Olsen and John Duff and The Fifth Eye, made for Birlas brought him recognition. He has also worked for the American Broadcasting Company and Worldwide Television, London and made films for film division & for various private organization.
Dr. D. C Singh, Film Producer

He is heading the programming section of various film festivals. His position is largely responsible for all research and festival judging related activities. He is holding doctorate degree with vast experience in education & media. He has produced dozens of doc & ads film. At present he is in the mid of feature film production and handling a co-production project between India & Algeria.

He is a multiple award winning filmmaker & management professional with Master degrees in both. He has worked intensely in developing platform for short films marketing, distribution & revenue generation.
